I am excited to be able to offer an in-house design consultant to our clients. Dina brings the ability to not only share my vision on detail and design but the capability to translate that vision into the details of your home. Her communications skills, knowledge and enthusiasm are paramount in making your house uniquely your own.
Dina works closely with me as well as you, the client, in assisting you through the process of choosing interior and exterior products and finishes. This process is the final piece that helps bind each part in relation to the whole architectural process. Dina will be in constant communication with you, your builder and our select vendors from ordering to installation, making sure your every detail is taken covered. Providing this service has been well received by our clients who can have the confidence knowing that their time and money have been saved by having product selection over seen by a design consultant just steps away from their architect.

ARCHITECTURAL INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
Our designer will set appointments and coordinate itineraries, site visits, and meetings as needed. Work as liaison for the client between architect and builder. Document and communicate all specified materials, selections, and timelines.
Obtains quotes from vendors to determine allowances for the bid package.
Exterior finishes selection; siding, trim, shingles, metal, stone, gutters, handrails, decking, beams, and porch ceiling.
Interior and Exterior door design and selection including the garage door.
Door hardware selection.
Plumbing fixture selection.
Cabinet and built-in selection and design including special paint, stain, and hardware.
Assistance with appliance selection.
Countertop selection.
Tile selection and design including tile on-site walkthrough with installer and builder.
Hardwood flooring selection and ordering.
Electrical plan review with Client and Architect.
Light fixture selection and ordering.
All Interior paint, stain, and finishes selection including fireplace mantel design and selections.
